I love reading all the magic systems! As a writer, though, I definitely go more soft magic usually. And my focus seems to be mythic fantasy as i keep writing it!
I didn't realize until I started researching this that there really are so many different systems and ways to classify them. Soft magic is definitely mythic, with that aura of mysterious ancient power. The hard technomagic does strip away some of the wonder, I have to say!
